Here at Grace we are increasing our effectiveness and expanding our capacity to care for the community with the launch of our GraceCARES Pastoral Care ministry. The GraceCARES Pastoral Care Ministry exists to serve and cultivate a culture of care and compassion throughout the Grace Snellville community as we follow Jesus well. GraceCARES seeks to respond the way Jesus did, meeting and loving people where they are and with a desire to care for the whole person.
