This week will end our Summer in the Psalms, and we shall end it with one of my personal favorites, Psalm 67. It is a song seeking and savoring the Smile of God. If you want to practice for Sunday, say “God delights in me.” As you get to the words “in me” take a deep breath and as you exhale respond “I delight in God.” Try it again and think about the weight of that reality. God looks over his people and smiles. When you walk into a room and are greeted with a smile how do you respond?

This Sunday we are going to spend time exploring and meditating on God’s gracious smile.
