Expecting? Yes indeed! We are all expecting–expecting something. This week is Palm Sunday. We will be opening the Scriptures to Matthew 21 and we will welcome the liberating King to reign and rule, and we will rejoice.
Our Expectation is not something, it is Someone!
We will explore the prophet’s words that shaped the expectations of cheering crowds and find out why their expectations were dashed. The Liberation that Jesus came to deliver was more than to emancipate a city or even to resurrect a Kingdom; this King Jesus came to liberate a Cosmos.
