In a world that seems to settle for–and even aim for–an ORDINARY life, we all want to believe that something EXTRAORDINARY is possible. We NEED to believe that an EXTRAORDINARY LIFE is within our grasp.
Jesus’ life, death and resurrection provided quite an emotional roller coaster for His closest followers. Through all of His teaching, Jesus tried to prepare His disciples for those events, and for something . . . MORE! He said, “Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father (John 14:12)!” Just a few verses later, Jesus explained how His departure would pave the way for something . . . EXTRAORDINARY! “All this I have spoken while still with you. “But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you (John 14:26).”
As we move into EPISODE 11: The Church – Book of Acts, we will explore how EXTRAORDINARY is to be the ORDINARY experience for His Church!
