PASTORAL CARE Ministry

Here at Grace we are increasing our effectiveness and expanding our capacity to care for the community with the launch of our GraceCARES Pastoral Care ministry. The GraceCARES Pastoral Care Ministry exists to serve and cultivate a culture of care and compassion throughout the Grace Snellville community as we follow Jesus well. GraceCARES seeks to respond the way Jesus did, meeting and loving people where they are and with a desire to care for the whole person.
We offer care, support and assistance for families experiencing the unexpected or who are navigating a transition or a crisis.

Currently we are able to offer support and resources to families walking through the following:

  • Addiction
  • Bereavement
  • Home Repairs/Disaster relief
  • Hospitalization/Medical crisis
  • Family resource crisis and transitions
  • Care for shut-ins

We are able to coordinate and support connections through the following outreach opportunities:

  • Outreach to schools
  • Prison ministry
  • Missions 360
  • Buddy Up

Care support services available to families in transition or crisis:

  • Prayer
  • Meals
  • Cards
