PARKING
Okay, here’s the deal … numerically we’ve grown quite a bit in a relatively short period of time (thank you God!) and we have sort of an issue with parking. We’ve outgrown the parking capacity of our property and have had to come up with a creative and practical solution. That solution is called Hop-n-Ride and it has been a real blessing for enabling everyone interested to be able to join with us for worship at our Sunday morning gatherings. Hop-n-Ride is a shuttle service incorporating shuttle vans (like at the airport) and large trolleys for escorting attenders from the Brookwood High School parking lot to our west on Dogwood Road and the Horsetown parking lot to our east on Dogwood.
We also have limited parking around the main building for Visitors, Assisted Parking, Handicap, New Mom’s (near the nursery), and some General Parking (see map below). There is also General Parking across the street from the main building and adjacent to the Discipleship House with shuttle cart service to the main building.
Why take the Hop-n-Ride?
We strongly encourage our members and regular attenders to use the Brookwood High School and Horsetown parking lots to make room for new visitors and those with special needs in the on-site parking areas. To encourage Hop-n-Ride usage from the Brookwood and Horsetown lots, all shuttle and trolley riders will receive a Hop-n-Ride card that can be exchanged for a free Starbucks or Dunkin’ Donuts coffee in the main lobby.
ON-SITE PARKING LOTS
There are 5 color-coded on-site parking lots:
Red Lot: These lots are for everyone who attends both services on Sunday mornings.
Green Lot: Primarily for families with children, located near the GraceKidz Ministry areas. There are parking spaces reserved for “New Moms” behind the main building, close to the entrance near the nursery.
Gold Lot: For Visitors and Assisted Parking located in front of the main building.
Blue Lot: Located on the west side of the main building and in grass area along Dogwood Road in front of the main building. This lot is general parking for all services.
Orange Lot: Across the street from the main building. This lot is general parking for all services and also parking for the Discipleship House. Shuttles run to the main building.
